There's so many bootlegs now, since burning ripping is feasible for anyone with a desktop.

In the old days, you had to have an abandoned drive-in theatre within 100 miles and the will to drag either yourself or crateloads of white jacketed LPs with photo-copied covers flapping in the early morning rain.

How did I forget The Basement Tapes?
Honorable mentions in parentheses...

Liver Than You'll Ever Be - Rolling Stones (The 1972 Unreleased Decca Live Album; Unsurpassed Masters; Necrophilia; Black Box; Rock and Roll Circus - b&w pre-release video)
Get Back - The Beatles (numerous LP recording sessions)

The Basement Tapes - Bob Dylan (Ten of Swords; Eat The
Document pre-release video; rehearsals with Grateful Dead)

Enjoy Jimi Hendrix (double LP, great cover art graphics anyway; Live in Stockholm 1967; In The Studio 1967)

Buffalo Springfield - Stampede (Missing Herd)

Beach Boys - (pre-release) Smile

Sex Pistols - Spunk (pre-official release)

The Who - Who's Zoo (Live at Fillmore East 1968)

Monterey Pop (10 discs - the almost complete concert)
